Birth Bliss provides natural childbirth classes and lactation counseling to expecting parents. Birth Bliss classes prepare you for the transforming experience of labor & birth by providing unbiased, evidence-based information and knowledge to enable you to make your own, informed, birth choices. Classes are taught by Jean Sheehy, an ICEA certified Childbirth Educator (and Mom),and Certified Lactation Counselor. Classes are located in the function room at Mud Puddle Toys in Salem, MA. A time for moms to connect with other new parents, share a cup of tea (or coffee) and listen to an age-appropriate story with their babies. Each week we will discuss ideas for having fun and interacting with your baby--- stories, games, music, outings. You will have an opportunity to meet other parents and discuss what is going on in your life and share helpful ideas. Your baby’s library will grow with each class since you will be going home with a board book of the day’s story.
