SHIPPING POLICY

We try to minimize shipping expense whenever possible.  Shipping quotes generated on this web site are for UPS Ground service.  For expedited shipping, you can elect UPS 3-day, 2-day, or overnight when you place your order. If we can significantly reduce shipping costs by using another carrier, primarily the US Postal Service's Priority Mail Service, we will do so.  In this case we will notify you by e-mail prior to charging your credit card.

Items usually ship with 24 hours of purchase, on business days.  Items ordered on Saturday afternoon, Holidays or items requiring gift wrapping or assembly, will take longer.  Occasionally, we may have insufficient stock levels to fulfill your order, and will notify you by e-mail of any shipping delays.

For international shipments, please contact us for a shipping quote (ignore any shipping charges shown by our web site when you submit your order - they will not be charged to your credit card)

If you receive an item that was clearly damaged during shipping, please contact us for instructions.
