Accepted Payment Methods

Mud Puddle Toys accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard), electronic pay such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cash payments. We also accept Marblehead Money. We do not accept checks.

Easy Exchanges (Gift Card Credit)

We want you to love your purchase! We happily accept exchanges or returns for gift card credit within 60 days of purchase, as long as the items are in like-new condition with proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase you will be offered the lowest price for the item in the last 120 days. If you had your items shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping or delivery fees from the original purchase.
